Marina Boldrini Corral, Esq.

Marina is the Principal Attorney at Skyline Immigration Law LLC. She is a California-licensed attorney, a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and an experienced international lawyer with a unique perspective shaped by both personal and professional cross-border journeys.

She founded Skyline Immigration Law to provide strategic, personalized counsel for individuals, families, and businesses navigating the U.S. immigration system. Her practice is built on a foundation of thorough preparation, honest guidance, and open communication.

With over a decade of international legal experience, Marina has advised multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, and international clients in complex matters spanning corporate law, cross-border transactions, and real estate. She began her career in Big Law in Latin America, specializing in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and media and entertainment matters. She later served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company, where she contributed to the restructuring of its Latin America legal department and advised on high-value construction and infrastructure projects across the region.

In the United States, Marina expanded her expertise as a real estate advisor, helping international clients navigate the U.S. property market. Her own immigration journey — through F-2 and H-4 dependent visas, permanent residency, and ultimately U.S. citizenship — gave her first-hand insight into the uncertainties her clients face. This experience drives her commitment to practicing immigration law with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
